Hydraulic oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning
may result in injury to personnel.
N OT E
Plug and cap hoses and fittings.
Tag and mark hoses to aid in installation.
1. Disconnect right-side hose (Figure 1, Item 1), and remove O-ring (Figure 1, Item 3) from hydraulic oil cooler
core (Figure 1, Item 2). Discard O-ring.
2. Remove elbow (Figure 1, Item 4) and O-ring (Figure 1, Item 5) from hydraulic oil cooler core (Figure 1, Item 2).
Discard O-ring.
