Tag and mark wires to aid in installation.
1. Remove clamp (Figure 1, Item 2) from inlet hose (Figure 1, Item 3).
2. Disconnect inlet hose (Figure 1, Item 3) from fitting (Figure 1, Item 1).
3. Remove bolt (Figure 1, Item 6), washer (Figure 1, Item 5), nut (Figure 1, Item 7) and clamp (Figure 1, Item 4)
from inlet hose (Figure 1, Item 3).

4. Remove clamp (Figure 2, Item 5) from inlet hose (Figure 2, Item 6). Disconnect inlet hose from coolant tank
(Figure 2, Item 4).
5. Remove clamp (Figure 2, Item 15) from outlet hose (Figure 2, Item 14). Disconnect outlet hose from coolant
tank (Figure 2, Item 4).
6. Remove four bolts (Figure 2, Item 16), washers (Figure 2, Item 17), and bracket (Figure 2, Item 18) from
coolant tank bracket (Figure 2, Item 3).
7. Remove four bolts (Figure 2, Item 20) and washers (Figure 2, Item 19) from coolant tank bracket (Figure 2,
Item 3).
8. Disconnect vent hose (Figure 2, Item 10) from coolant tank (Figure 2, Item 4).
9. Remove bolt (Figure 2, Item 12), washer (Figure 2, Item 13) and clamp (Figure 2, Item 11) from coolant tank
bracket (Figure 2, Item 3).
