Install hoses as tagged during removal.
1. Install coolant tank (Figure 3, Item 4) on coolant tank bracket (Figure 3, Item 3).
2. Install coolant tank bracket (Figure 3, Item 3), five washers (Figure 3, Item 2), and bolts (Figure 3, Item 1) on
machine.
3. Install inlet hose (Figure 3, Item 6), clamp (Figure 3, Item 9), washer (Figure 3, Item 8) and bolt (Figure 3,
Item 7) on coolant tank bracket (Figure 3, Item 3).
4. Install four washers (Figure 3, Item 19) and bolts (Figure 3, Item 20) on coolant tank bracket (Figure 3, Item 3).
5. Connect vent hose (Figure 3, Item 10) to coolant tank (Figure 3, Item 4).
6. Install clip (Figure 3, Item 11), washer (Figure 3, Item 13), and bolt (Figure 3, Item 12) on coolant tank bracket
(Figure 3, Item 3).
7. Install bracket (Figure 3, Item 18), four washers (Figure 3, Item 17), and bolts (Figure 3, Item 16) on coolant
tank bracket (Figure 3, Item 3).
8. Connect outlet hose (Figure 3, Item 14) to coolant tank (Figure 3, Item 4).
9. Install clamp (Figure 3, Item 15) on outlet hose (Figure 3, Item 14).
10. Connect inlet hose (Figure 3, Item 6) to coolant tank (Figure 3, Item 4).
11. Install clamp (Figure 3, Item 5) on inlet hose (Figure 3, Item 6).
