Turbocharger Oil Drain Line Inspection

1. Inspect oil drain line (Figure 12, Item 1) for sharp restrictive bends and kinks.
a. If oil drain line is bent, or kinked, replace oil drain line (WP 0077).
b. If oil drain line is OK, proceed to step 2.
2. Remove oil drain line (Figure 12, Item 1) (WP 0077).
3. Inspect oil drain line (Figure 12, Item 1) for blockage.
a. If oil drain line is blocked, use low pressure air to clear the line. Replace oil drain line if blockage cannot be
cleared.
b. Oil drain line OK, install oil drain line and turbocharger (WP 0077).
