1. Remove jumper wire between cab
lower wiring harness connector P-
C52 (WP 0009, Figure 154) termi-
nal 3 and terminal 4.
2. Using digital multimeter, measure
Continuity - Replace cab lower wiring
for continuity between cab lower
harness (WP 0266).

Proceed to step 4.

No Continuity - Proceed to step 3.
and all other P-C39 terminals.
There should be no continuity.
3. Using digital multimeter, measure

2147-03 Code Active - Repeat
Implement 120M ECM and verify
troubleshooting code from the
