3. Remove rear front frame cover
from machine (WP 0224).
4. Disconnect clutch drive solenoid
AF-C3 harness connector (WP
0009, Figure 51) from cab lower
wiring P-C34 harness connector
(WP 0009, Figure 52) (WP
0200).
5. Connect jumper wire between P-
C34 terminal 20 and P-C34 ter-
minal 21 (WP 0009, Figure 52).
6. Turn battery disconnect switch
and ignition switch to the ON
position.
7. Check for Active code 0041-04 in
Code 0041-04 Does Not Become
All Wheel Drive 120M ECM (WP
Active - Proceed to Test Step 4.
Code 0041-04 Becomes Active -
Remove jumper wire from P-C34 ter-
minal 20 and terminal 21 (WP 0009,
Figure 52).
Replace clutch drive solenoid har-
ness (WP 0200).
Connect AK-C2 (WP 0009, Figure
59) on left front drive motor speed
sensor connector (WP 0009, Figure
60) (WP 0166).
Proceed to step 8.
8. Perform Speed Sensor Test (WP
