2294-06 Code Active - Repeat trou-
All Wheel Drive 120M and verify
bleshooting code from the beginning.
2294-06 is not active.
2294-06 Code Not Active - Trouble-
shooting complete.
Test Step 2. Test for Shorted Clutch
Drive Solenoid Harness.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to the OFF
position.
2. Remove rear front frame cover
from machine (WP 0224).
3. Disconnect clutch drive solenoid
AF-C3 harness connector (WP
0009, Figure 51) from cab lower
wiring P-C34 harness connector
(WP 0009, Figure 52) (WP 0200).
4. Turn battery disconnect switch
and ignition switch to the ON posi-
tion.
5. Check for Active code 2294-05 or
Code 2294-06 Remains Active - Pro-
2294-06 in All Wheel Drive 120M
ceed to Test Step 3.
ECM (WP 0006).
Code 2294-06 Becomes Inactive
and 2294-05 Becomes Active -
Replace clutch drive solenoid harness
(WP 0200).
Proceed to step 6.
6. Using the MSD (WP 0006), select
2294-06 Code Active - Repeat trou-
All Wheel Drive 120M and verify
bleshooting code from the beginning.
2294-06 is not active.
2294-06 Code Not Active - Trouble-
shooting complete.
