4. Disconnect clutch drive solenoid
AF-C3 harness connector (WP
0009, Figure 51) from cab lower
wiring P-C34 harness connector
(WP 0009, Figure 52) (WP 0200).
5. Connect jumper wire between P-
C34 terminal 2 and P-C34 termi-
nal 13 (WP 0009, Figure 52).
6. Turn battery disconnect switch
and ignition switch to the ON posi-
tion.
7. Check for Active code 2294-05 or
Code 2294-05 Remains Active - Pro-
2294-06 in All Wheel Drive 120M
ceed to Test Step 3.
ECM (WP 0006).
Code 2294-05 Becomes Inactive
and 2294-06 Becomes Active -
Remove jumper wire from P-C34 ter-
minal 2 and terminal 13 (WP 0009,
Figure 52).
Replace clutch drive solenoid harness
(WP 0200).
Proceed to step 8.
8. Using the MSD (WP 0006), select
2294-05 Code Active - Repeat trou-
All Wheel Drive 120M and verify
bleshooting code from the beginning.
2294-05 is not active.
2294-05 Code Not Active - Trouble-
shooting complete.
Test Step 3. Test Right Front Drive
Motor Solenoid Circuit for High
Resistance or Open in Cab Lower
Wiring Harness.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to the OFF
position.
2. Remove jumper wire from P-C34
terminal 2 and terminal 13 (WP
0009, Figure 52).
3. Disconnect cab lower wiring P-
C35 harness connector (WP
0009, Figure 53) from AWD ECM
J1 (WP 0009, Figure 54) (WP
0270).
