7. Remove diagnostic connector cover (Figure 2, Item 2) from diagnostic connector (Figure 2, Item 1) and
position aside.
8. Connect cable (Figure 2, Item 3) to DATA LINK end of communication adapter (Figure 1, Item 2) and to the
diagnostic connector (Figure 2, Item 1) on front of pilot operator control console.
