The front frame section and the rear frame section are joined (hinged) at their hitch bushings. Two hydraulic
articulation cylinders and lines provide power for articulation. Cylinders mounted at each side of the front frame
section provide articulation control. Position sensors for monitoring machine articulation are mounted on the front
half of the machine at the hinge of the articulation.
