RADIATOR AND GUARD

REMOVE RADIATOR AND GUARD
start by:
a) remove rear bumper
b) remove hood
1. Drain the coolant from the cooling system.

Remove the bolts that hold screws (3) closed.
Disconnect two oil lines (1) from the hydraulic
oil cooler. Remove bolts (2) from each side of
the radiator guard.
Disconnect wiring harness from light and horn
on each side of radiator guard at location (4).
Remove bolts (5) that hold clips in place on
radiator guard.
Remove bolts (7), clips and tube assembly (6)
from the radiator guard.
Remove bolt (8). Loosen theclamps (9) on each
side of tube (10). Remove tube (10).
