Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure.
Use caution when using adhesives and seaants. Prolonged inhalation of vapors can
l
cause lung irritation. Contact with skin can cause dermatitis. Wear gloves and safety
goggles and use product in a well-ventilated area away from open flame. If ingested, keep
individual calm and seek medical attention. DO NOT induce vomiting. If contact with skin
or eyes is made, flush thoroughly with water. Dispose of cleanup rags IAW local policy and
ordinances.
Failure to follow these warnings may cause injury or death to personnel.

Weight of housing is approximately 50 lb (23 kg).
Use sealant on mating surfaces.
9. Install guide pins (Figure 10, Item 3) on transmission.
10. With assistance, install clutch housing (Figure 10, Item 2) on transmission.
11. Install three bolts (Figure 10, Item 1) on clutch housing (Figure 10, Item 2). Torque bolts to 41 7 lb-ft
(55 10 Nm).
