REMOVAL

WARN I N G
Hydraulic oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning
may result in injury to personnel.
N OT E
Plug and cap hoses and fittings.
Tag and mark hoses to aid in installation.
1. Remove bolt (Figure 1, Item 6), washer (Figure 1, Item 5) and two clamps (Figure 1, Item 4) from bracket
(Figure 1, Item 3).
2. Disconnect right-side hose (Figure 1, Item 9), and remove O-ring (Figure 1, Item 10) from hydraulic oil cooler
core (Figure 1, Item 11). Discard O-ring.
3. Disconnect center hose (Figure 1, Item 7), and remove O-ring (Figure 1, Item 8) from hydraulic oil cooler core
(Figure 1, Item 11). Discard O-ring.
4. Disconnect center hose (Figure 1, Item 7), and remove O-ring (Figure 1, Item 12) from hydraulic oil cooler core
(Figure 1, Item 11). Discard O-ring. Remove center hose from machine.
5. Disconnect left-side hose (Figure 1, Item 1), and remove O-ring (Figure 1, Item 2) from hydraulic oil cooler core
(Figure 1, Item 11). Discard O-ring.
