ceed to Test Step 2.
2190-06 in All Wheel Drive 120M
ECM (WP 0006).
Code 2190-06 Becomes Inactive
and 2190-05 Becomes Active -
Replace right AWD clutch forward
solenoid (WP 0248).
Proceed to step 7.
7. Using the MSD (WP 0006), select
2190-06 Code Active - Repeat trou-
bleshooting code from the beginning.
All Wheel Drive 120M and verify
2190-06 is not active.
2190-06 Code Not Active - Trouble-
shooting complete.
Test Step 2. Test for Shorted Clutch
Drive Solenoid Harness.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to the OFF
position.
2. Remove rear front frame cover
from machine (WP 0224).
3. Disconnect clutch drive solenoid
AF-C3 harness connector (WP
0009, Figure 51) from cab lower
wiring P-C34 harness connector
(WP 0009, Figure 52) (WP 0200).
4. Turn battery disconnect switch
and ignition switch to the ON posi-
tion.
5. Check for Active code 2190-05 or
Code 2190-06 Remains Active - Pro-
ceed to Test Step 3.
2190-06 in All Wheel Drive 120M
ECM (WP 0006).
Code 2190-06 Becomes Inactive
and 2190-05 Becomes Active -
Replace clutch drive solenoid harness
(WP 0200).
Proceed to step 6.
6. Using the MSD (WP 0006), select
2190-06 Code Active - Repeat trou-
All Wheel Drive 120M and verify
bleshooting code from the beginning.
2190-06 is not active.
2190-06 Code Not Active - Trouble-
shooting complete.
