WATER PUMP
DISASSEMBLE WATER PUMP
start by:
a) remove water pump
1. Remove two bolts (2), elbow (1) and gasket
from water pump.
2. Remove bolts (4) and cover (3) from housing.
3. Loosen bolt (5) approximately .25 in. (6.35
mm). Hit the bolt with a soft hammer to re-
move impeller (6) from the shaft. Remove bolt
(5) and impeller (6).
4. Remove spring (7) and seal assembly (8) from
the shaft.
5. Turn the housing over and remove bolt (9).
