SCARIFIER DRAWBARS
REMOVE SCARIFIER DRAWBARS
start by:
a) remove scarifier block.
b) remove sleeve and link assemblies.
1.
Fasten a hoist to drawbar (1).
NOTE: Weight of drawbar is 294 lbs. (133 kg).
2.
Remove nut, washer and bolt (2) from collar(3).
3.
Remove the collar (3) from the shaft (4).
4.
Using the hoist attached to the drawbar (1), raise
the drawbar slowly clearing the front wheel and
lowering it to the ground.
5.
Repeat steps 1 through 4 for the other drawbar (5).
INSTALL SCARIFIER DRAWBARS
1.
Fasten a hoist to drawbar (1).
2.
Using the hoist, raise the drawbar slowly, clearing
the front wheel. Lower slowly and position front end
of drawbar (1) onto the shaft (4).
NOTE: Weight of the drawbar is 294 lbs. (133 kg).

Support the back end of drawbar on blocks.
4.
Install the collar (3) on the shaft 4.
5.
Install nut, washer and bolt (2) on collar.
6.
Repeat steps 1 through 5 for other drawbar (5).

a) install sleeve and link assemblies.
b) install scarifier block.
