Apply thin coat of grease to outside of head (12) and

inside of cap (5).

Install rod (4) assembly into cylinder (3).
NOTE
Tighten cap with rod assembly fully extended. This will keep cylinder, piston, and housing in alignment.
10.
Install cap (5) to cylinder (3). Tighten cap to 450 lb-ft

(610 Nm).
