VALVE COVER REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
Clean and inspect all parts in accordance with WP 0020 00.
INSTALLATION
1.
Position new gasket (3) and valve cover (2) on cylin-

der head. Apply gasket cement to lip of valve cover
where gasket makes contact. Install gasket.

2.
Install 11 new lockwashers (4) and bolts (1). Tighten
bolts to 96 lb-in. (11 Nm).

Install valve cover breather (WP 0032 00).
