7. Install two washers (Figure 55, Item 8), resilient mounts (Figure 55, Item 9), brackets (Figure 55, Item 2), eight
washers (Figure 55, Item 4) and bolts (Figure 55, Item 3) on machine. Torque to 320 lb-ft (434 Nm).
WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Transmission weighs 1,900 lb (862 kg).
8. Using lifting device, lower transmission.
9. Install two sleeves (Figure 55, Item 12), resilient mounts (Figure 55, Item 10), washers (Figure 55, Item 13),
washers (Figure 55, Item 11), and two bolts (Figure 55, Item 1) on transmission (Figure 55, Item 7). Torque to
1,096 lb-ft (1,486 Nm).
10. Remove lifting device (Figure 55, Item 5) and lifting brackets (Figure 55, Item 6) from transmission (Figure 55,
Item 7).
