AFTERCOOLER-TO-ENGINE INSTALLATION

Install hoses and tubes as noted on removal.
1. Position tube (Figure 10, Item 1) in machine.
2. Install coupler (Figure 10, Item 9) and clamp (Figure 10, Item 8) to engine. Tighten clamp.
3. Install coupler (Figure 10, Item 9) and clamp (Figure 10, Item 10) to tube (Figure 10, Item 1). Tighten clamp.
4. Install clamp (Figure 10, Item 7), clamp (Figure 10, Item 3), bolt (Figure 10, Item 4), washer (Figure 10, Item 5),
and nut (Figure 10, Item 6) on tube (Figure 10, Item 1).
5. Coat threads of plug (Figure 10, Item 2) with sealing compound and install in tube (Figure 10, Item 1). Tighten
plug.
6. Install intake manifold air temperature sensor (Figure 11, Item 2) in tube assembly (Figure 11, Item 1)
