REMOVAL CONTINUED
3. Remove bolt (Figure 2, Item 2), washer (Figure 2, Item 3), resilient mount (Figure 2, Item 4) and radiator
mounting bracket (Figure 2, Item 1) from upper radiator support (Figure 2, Item 12).
4. Remove four bolts (Figure 2, Item 5), washers (Figure 2, Item 6), two spacers (Figure 2, Item 7), and after-
cooler mounting bracket (Figure 2, Item 8) from upper radiator support (Figure 2, Item 12).
5. Remove eight bolts (Figure 2, Item 10) and washers (Figure 2, Item 9), from side radiator support brackets
(Figure 2, Item 11).

Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death to
personnel.
N OT E
Radiator support weighs 60 lb (27.2 kg).
6. With assistance, remove upper radiator support (Figure 2, Item 12) from machine.
