1. Install two brackets (Figure 28, Items 1 and 4), five bolts (Figure 28, Item 2) and washers (Figure 28, Item 3) on
bottom plate (Figure 28, Item 5).

2. Install two resilient mounts (Figure 29, Item 5) into bottom plate (Figure 29, Item 2).
3. Install two side plates (Figure 29, Item 1), four washers (Figure 29, Item 3), and bolts (Figure 29, Item 4) on
