WARN I N G
Use caution when using adhesives and sealants. Prolonged inhalation of vapors can
cause lung irritation. Contact with skin can cause dermatitis. Wear gloves and safety
goggles and use product in a well-ventilated area away from open flame. If ingested, keep
individual calm and seek medical attention. DO NOT induce vomiting. If contact with skin
or eyes is made, flush thoroughly with water. Dispose of clean up rags IAW local policy
and ordinances. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury to personnel.
N OT E
Install fittings as noted at removal.
1. Apply sealing compound on fittings (Figure 10, Item 14).
2. Install two fittings (Figure 10, Item 14), hoses (Figure 10, Item 10), fittings (Figure 10, Item 12), fittings
(Figure 10, Item 13), and four hose clamps (Figure 10, Item 11) on manifold (Figure 10, Item 9).
3. Install new O-ring (Figure 10, Item 15) and fitting (Figure 10, Item 16) on manifold (Figure 10, Item 9).

Position as noted at disassembly.
4. Install new gasket (Figure 10, Item 8), transmission oil cooler (Figure 10, Item 6) and four bolts (Figure 10,
Item 7), on manifold (Figure 10, Item 9).
5. Install new gasket (Figure 10, Item 4), transmission oil cooler cover (Figure 10, Item 3) and two bolts
(Figure 10, Item 5) on transmission oil cooler (Figure 10, Item 6).
6. Install new O-ring (Figure 10, Item 2) and plug (Figure 10, Item 1) on transmission oil cooler cover (Figure 10,
Item 3).
