Connect cable (28) to governor control housing (27).

For Type II machine, use extractor assembly to connect cable (21) to cable (22), and cable (16) to cable (23).

Connect cables (21 and 16) in transmission control housing.

Install clip (24), washer (25), and bolt (26).

Install new lockwasher (17) and nut (18).

Install new lockwasher (20) and nut (19).
