Install pulse tachometer and connect cable (Figure 6-6).

Perform test using procedure TEST 10 as instructed in TM 9-4910-571-12 & P.

At low idle engine should run between 960-980 rpm. At high idle engine should run between 2310-2370
rpm.

Return vehicle to its original condition.
